Unlike my other air conditioner, this requires some assembly. You’ll have to use your imagination for the assembly part because the manual has little connection with reality and the screws that came with my air conditioner don’t fit. As designed, I’d even question if it’s safe to put in a window. At a minimum I would expect at least these things from an air conditioner:
1) It doesn’t arrive damaged (this is not packaged well. Mine had several scratches and dents right out of the box. It’s even difficult to get the air conditioner out of the box as packaged. I cut my finger trying to lift it.)
2) You can intuit how to install it in less than 10 minutes, usually without a manual (this will take you much longer than 10 minutes. Much, much longer. I’ve installed others that go very quickly).
3) Any documentation is very easy to use if you actually still need it (this documentation is confusing).
4) Help center is easy to reach if you actually have any questions (with this, you’ll be lost in a help tree. Press 5 for this. Then press 3 for that.)

I took mine back and got a different model. Maybe you will have better luck.

What brands are the best for microwaves, toasters, and microwave convection ovens?
I'm looking to Haier HVZ035ABS 35-Bottle Capacity Extra large Wine Cellar buy a microwave or toaster or a combination- microwave convection, and i wasn't sure which brands were the most reliable. Half time, Haier, GE, Panasonic, Sharp, Cuisinart, Hamilton. Any advice?
